​        Residing primarily in Boston, Mallory travels around New England and the Tri-State area, working on various production sound mixing projects. From narrative features and shorts, to corporate commercials and documentaries, Mallory always puts their best foot forward, not only to ensure high-quality sound, but also to create a fun and productive day on set. â€‹â€‹

Rates​

  • Rates are negotiated upon request and vary depending on the scope of each project. Contact me any time for booking!​

Labor​

  • Labor is based on a standard production day, beginning at the scheduled call time (with the exception of portal jobs) and includes setup, breaks, and wrapping out once all audio files have been downloaded and verified.

 

Terms​

  • PAYMENT: Invoice or an accredited payment service (Wave, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle)

  • LATE FEE: A charge worth 10% if the invoice will be issued every week based on the booking terms (Net 15, 30, or 45), until payment has been remitted

  • CANCELLATIONS: Termination of the shoot within 24 hours of the contracted work date requires 100% of payment due for Labor and Gear Rental. Termination of the shoot within one week of the contracted work date requires 50% of payment due for Labor and Gear Rental

​​​Conditions

​

  • Deliverables: Broadcast-ready polyphonic wave files (WAV) in 32-bit/48 kHz resolution (unless otherwise specified) via SD Card. Production must provide a computer and hard drive for files to be transferred to at the end of each day. I assume no responsibility of the sound files once they have been transferred

  • PORTAL TO PORTAL: Any gas or transportation costs must be covered by production, unless agreed to otherwise in writing

  • STORAGE: All audio files will be saved for 30 days once the job is complete, unless instructed otherwise

  • REVISIONS: Any and all modifications must be rendered in a new contract
